Gas metering and analysis system

GRDF- North West Region
MECI and EES-Clemessy won the project to design and build a gas metering and analysis system. This involves supplying the first hydrogen injection station on the gas distribution network. This station is comprised of the following equipments:

• An air-conditioned, secure shelter equipped with natural gas and hydrogen piping for constituting the mixture
• Volumetric meters associated with flow and pressure regulators
• Natural Gas, H2, THT, H2S, and H2O analysers
• MECI CDV15 gas volume conversion devices for custody transfer metering
  
  

The whole station is equipped with an automation, supervision and remote reading system.

Energy regulation system for production furnaces

VERALIA - Albi

• Design and manufacturing a CVM16 calorimetric system which equips seven plants in France
• The CVM16 system makes it possible to regulate the energy produced by the production furnaces
• CVM16 provides the PCS, PCI and Wobbe Index of the natural gas.

Multi-site pressure monitoring system

GRDF

• Development and supply of several hundreds of STA15 remote operating systems
• Supply of remote operating equipment installed in the pressure regulating stations to monitor changes in the pressure.

Gas consumption monitoring system

• Supply of a complete system equipped with a supervision system, three STA15 remote reading devices and CDV15 computers
• Supply of a system which makes it possible to monitor the gas consumption of the three manufacturing units.
