HGC 303 analyzer, gas chromatograph

HGC 303 is a device used for determining the calorific value of gas, certified according to OIML R140.
It makes it possible to measure all the components of the gas such as methane, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes, carbon dioxide or even nitrogen up to C6 +. Its analysis time is 500 seconds according to the principle of chromatography.

Its ATEX design allows it to be installed as close as possible to the piping and the sampling point. On request, the HGC 303 can also be integrated into an equipped instrumented housing.
Its low consumption of carrier gas allows it to operate for up to 2 years without replacing the helium cylinder.

The HGC 303 associated with the HDM has digital outputs, 4-20 mA outputs, as well as Modbus RS232 and RS485 communications ports.
As an option, it makes it possible to measure up to 4 analysis channels and offers automatic adjustment controlled by a solenoid valve.

The HGC 303 is modular and scalable as required, making it possible to optimize installation project costs.
Its compact design does not require any special infrastructure. It incorporates various calculation standards such as ISO 6976 and GPA. The chromatograph is authorized for use in various countries.
