The SM@RT FLOW is a certified volume conversion device belonging to the SM@RT range intended for custody transfer gas metering.
Its ATEX/IECex design allows it to be installed as close as possible to the piping and the measuring instrument. Its very low power consumption allows it to be used for over 10 years in standalone mode while maintaining its performance.
Optionally, an on-board modem can be used which makes it possible to securely transmit, while maintaining its battery life, the measurement results to the SM@RT Suite application to draw up energy audits but also to remotely configure remote monitoring, remote maintenance and remote site management functions.
Equipped with a Bluetooth 4.0 LE encrypted link, it can operate in secure local wireless mode.
The SM@RT FLOW is equipped with a display as well as buttons and indicators to scroll values on the screen or to force a communication.
It can handle up to 2 PT100 temperature sensors and 3 pressure sensors in various relative or absolute pressure ranges up to 100 bar.
The product can be incorporated into an instrumented housing to facilitate installing, checking and maintaining it.

The SM@RT FLOW integrates various calculation standards such as the GERG 88 and AGA8 methods, or ISO 6976. It has various inputs /outputs such as digital inputs and outputs, a PWM output, a RS485 modbus, as well as an external power supply input.
In the event its external power supply failing, its internal battery takes over to allow it to keep operating normally.
